Lyra Lesson

Class will be catered to your needs as you learn and practice a variety of movements, poses, and sequences in a small group environment. (Currently limited to 2* people unless discussed). May be taken as a Private Lesson by signing up for ALL student spots is the class

FLOW Series!

4-8 week series on lyra or sling/hammock
Building choreography to a song over 4-8 weeks as a group with the option to present to a small group of family and friends at the end!

Lyra-Ography

Each month a new song is chosen and choreographed!
The sequence of movements is created and demonstrated, but is intentionally made to be easily tailored to each student’s individual needs! You will be presented with an idea and walked through the steps to then sequence together and flow along with the music throughout this 90 minute class!
Now offered on Friday evening and the following Saturday morning. Please initially sign up only for one, but if you’re available for both and there’s an open spot the following day, feel free to come both days!
Price: $55/person for 1.5 hr.

Aerial Conditioning Circuit

This 1 hour class will consist of a variety of activities designed to strengthen your aerial practice!
We will be using the aerial apparatuses, partner exercises, and other fun challenges and activities to help you feel stronger and more confident!
$35/hr

Kid's Classes

Now offering small group classes for children ages 5-14 on lyra and sling/hammock!
Price: $40/child

A limited number of lessons are made available *monthly*. The schedule is released at 8:00PM EST on the 28th of the previous month.

No prior aerial experience or movement background necessary for regular lessons/classes!

Cancellation policy:

If you need to cancel your class, please do so as soon as possible and contact me directly (email, DM, text)
Cancellation within 24 hours will result in a fee of ½ the original cost of the class.
Cancellation within 12 hours of the class will result in a fee of 100% of the cost of the class.
If you are signed up for anything other than a private lesson and no-one else is signed up for that class within 12 hours of the start time, you will be given the opportunity to keep the class for a discounted private lesson rate or to cancel without fee.

Classes take place at 3BA at 284-A Rocky Creek Road, Greenville SC 29615 unless otherwise stated. Please be respectful of any individuals or other students in the space.

All students will be required to sign up prior to class, arrive on time, fill out a waiver, follow directions in class and maintain a positive and respectful attitude.

Please come to class wearing clothing that covers the backs of your knees. Socks are recommended. Be prepared to remove jewelry. Please bring a water bottle, your phone, and any emergency medication.
